Sweet Venison Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

6 lbs. ground venison

1 tbsp. ACCENT

12 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tbsp. black pepper

6 lbs. ground pork

1/2 tsp. Allspice

1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. coriander

1/4 cup salt

Directions:

This sausage may be frozen without smoking and made in patties, hors d'oeuvre balls, sausage bags, or casings.
