Was my first year hunting. All started after I tagged along to a 3D bow course using my bosses spare bow. After that it was all downhill from there.
Went out a month later and purchased a brand new Bowtech Assassin. Scouted some of my families land with my cousin and we set up shot in a spot that seemed promising. One day after work while I was relaxing in my stand this big guy came walking by.
Nailed him at 20 yards and he didnt make it another 30 before he toppled over backwards never to get back up. What makes it even more special is that it was my fathers birthday that day as well.
Shot October 9, 2012 @ 20 yards, 4:45pm, 12-point non-typical, 203 lbs fully dressed.
